"Excellent content and a wonderful expo hall with hundreds of qualified solution providers."

The variety of content for learning professionals was exceptional. This made selection difficult, but that is better than limited options.

"ATD25 - great experience in DC."

Getting to reconnect with friends and peers, meet new people, share my learnings, and gather as much new information as I possibly could.

"A whirlwind learning marathon with thought leaders from every corner of the L&D space."

Diversity of content - speakers and vendors from different industries and different POVs (i.e., neuroscience, hard training skills, culture, etc.)

Going to A TD this year has been eye opening for me. There was so much to see so many great authentic speakers. A lot of walking and a lot of learning, great to have a spot to lean in and to refresh and renew all good things.

It was nice to have the conference getting bigger again. After the pandemic, there were a lot of cutting edge speakers and workshop presenters and the networking event was pretty good this year. I think they could have had a little more hands on things to do, but it was a good, a good time.

A TD 22 was just an amazing experience. It was incredible to be able to get together with colleagues and thought partners from across the world to network, to grow, to learn about what others are doing, to learn about new things and learning and development and organization consulting. Just a really, really wonderful program, wonderful networking event, wonderful expo. I highly recommend it to anyone in the learning and development field who's looking to expand their networks, expand their knowledge, just expand their professional development, expand their excitement about the energy and everything that's happening in learning development. Truly a can't miss event.

What did you like best about the event?
Diversity of content - speakers and vendors from different industries and different POVs (i.e., neuroscience, hard training skills, culture, etc.)
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I like that I could star sessions I am interested in, but it would help to have a secondary marker to note which ones I plan to attend, given that I am supposed to have back-up options. I had to spend a lot of time creating an Excel spreadsheet for this, and it seems like the app should have been able to do this.

ATD25 - great experience in DC.
What did you like best about the event?
Getting to reconnect with friends and peers, meet new people, share my learnings, and gather as much new information as I possibly could.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Create a small networking gathering for speakers - facilitated well, this could encourage all speakers, especially the first-timers, to offer connection opportunities, and source speaker volunteers for the current conference as well as future ATD events. If available, go back to expo meals like the past couple of years, where attendees have fresher choices and not everything is 'southwestern'

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There wasn't much that came to mind when I was onsite, but if I had to choose something, it would be to receive a list of all the exhibitors who scanned my badge. This would assist in tracking who I talked with onsite.
