I love taking a fleeting thought and building it into a working company. In 2009, after spending many years in a variety of corporates , I went on to found my first company, Brite:Bill - helping service providers to improve customer experiences by reshaping the way they present and manage billing communications. After selling the business in 2016, I went on to start my current venture: Sweepr. I knew that digital B2C interactions could be done better – much better – in a way that truly personalises the user experience. At Sweepr, our purpose is to transform your digital relationship with your customers. We’ve created intelligent and advanced software that integrates and supports lasting, profitable connections between you and your customers, all in one place. Our suite of products enables IPSs to continuously observe, learn, and apply a hyperpersonalised approach for all your customers.
