What a ride it’s been – truly! Over the last nearly 30 years in the L&D field, I’ve finely tuned an approach to assess and design solutions for human and leadership skill development, whether you’re looking to train 20… or 20,000+ (!!!) leaders in your organization. I am a champion of the modern learner. I believe that this is the time when learning practitioners can create the greatest legacy for organizations, by designing simple, elegant solutions that meet our learners where they are today and tomorrow. …And I always have my eyes on the technology horizon and help clients consider how new technology could play a role in their solutions when it makes sense. As the Chief Solutions Architect at Blanchard, I lead a team of Solutions Architects who partner with our clients to help envision what their leadership development experiences at every level could be and I lead the Blanchard teams of Instructional Designers and Custom Production Professionals who bring those custom experiences to life. I am passionate about bettering our industry community. I regularly speak on the international conference circuit, am a published author, and mentor many emerging practitioners in the field.
