Becky Pluth, M.Ed., CSP, MPCT, is the President and CEO at the Bob Pike Group. From the board room to the virtual classroom, leaders and employees alike relate immediately to Becky’s charismatic engaging delivery on a variety of topics like: experiential virtual training, train the trainer, business presentation skills and leadership and team development. With a solid background in learning and development and in working in both big and small business, Becky is a natural fit for organizations looking for presenters that focus on presentation skills, leadership and team development, training programs, and virtual training. Clients like Cisco, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Fed-Ex, Target Corporation, Wells Fargo, and many branches of the military describe Becky as “authentic” and “passionate” with subject matter that is spot on. Becky and her team also provide one-on-one consulting, and mentoring on a variety of development issues and topics. A published author of two training industry best-selling books, including her latest book Webinars with WOW Factor puts substance behind her sass. As proof of her desire to continuously strive for “great,” Becky earner her CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation in 2013 and was named one of Training magazine’s Top 40 under 40 Trainers in 2012. She earned her MPCT (Master Participant-Centered Trainer) in 2006 and is an active member of ASTD MN and the National Speakers Association. When she isn’t working, Becky spends time playing golf with her PGA hubby, Brad Pluth, and their four kids ages 9 and under. Participant-centered training starts right at home!
