Bio

Craig is owner and Managing Director of CAMS, an asset management consultancy based in the UK. He has 28 years institutional strengthening and asset management experience spanning the utilities, petrochemical, transportation and social housing sectors. He has undertaken various roles as Operator, Consultant and Advisor developing and implementing large change programmes for owners and operators across the globe. Extensive experience implementing best practice asset management, aligned to local requirements that enable owners to maximise return on investment, achieving performance targets, while managing residual risks to acceptable levels. Craig adopts a balanced approach, aligning top down strategies from organisational policies and strategic objectives, with a bottom up practical hands on approach. This ethos is built upon extensive experience creating tactical, high value operational solutions from concept through to benefits realisation. Prior to establishing CAMS, Craig was a member of the Management Executive Team at Amey where he was responsible for Amey's international business that operated in the Middle East, Australia and United States. Prior to being at Amey, Craig was Advisor to the President's Office of ASHGHAL, Qatar's government department responsible for all highways and wastewater systems. He is a Fellow of CIHT, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the Institute of Asset Management (MIAM).
