I really enjoyed the events partly because it was face to face, but also because it is a really good opportunity to think through what's happening in the sector with other people that are engaged in the same challenges and understand what they're doing, what they're thinking about and what they don't understand that helps shape your own view of the future. And it also helps you separate out where you can avoid reinventing the wheel and where you can understand the what business as usual is looking like and how you want to place yourself against that, how you want to respond as an organization and how that might impact on your colleagues.
