I love learning and continuous improvement! The Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment revealed my top strengths as communication, learner, input, includer, and WOO. Honing in on these strengths I thrive to create learning experiences that push individuals beyond what they think is possible. Learning is a life-long journey and I want to support others through these endeavors. I currently lead a learning and development effort in a 400+ non-profit organization. We focus on building formal, social, and experiential learning interventions for employees. I am passionate about making learning fun, bringing knowledge to others, and inspiring individuals to reach their full potential.
