I have had 44+ years of full-time HR work as well as consulting in a variety of industries including Healthcare energy, banking, government, regulated utilities. Currently I am working in the capacity of Director of Leadership and Organizational Development for Intermountain Health. In the past, I have served as the Director of Human Resources for Dominion Energy, Questar, and the Director of Administrative Services for Salt Lake County. In addition, I have worked as a consultant in all facets of HR for 35+ years. In March 2023, I certified as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and I'm enjoying this added skill in my career and in my life.
