I'm an author and thought leader in strategic innovation, design, and workplace learning and have led projects that have resulted in: - Earning over a dozen industry awards in corporate learning innovation from Brandon Hall, BIG Innovation, and eLearning Magazine - Saving millions of dollars in learning implementation costs - Dramatically increasing learner/stakeholder engagement. I've co-developed the Push-Anchor-Pull(TM) framework and architected learning experiences on multiple innovative learning platforms that incorporate adaptive learning, Artificial Intelligence, and immersive learning (Augmented/Virtual Reality) for corporate learning. I'm also an alumni of the altMBA and believe in solving problems with creativity and generosity. I currently serve several roles: - Senior Design and Innovation Consultant at Providence - Co-founder and VP Strategic Innovation and Design at My Baseline Builder - Editor of the Medium publication ''The Future of Workplace Learning'' - Senior Learning Architect at Ingenuiti I co-authored an award-winning book, “Microlearning in the Digital Age” (Routledge), “eLearning 101” (Trivantis), as well as many whitepapers.
