I am a learning and development detective. I investigate training and learning’s contribution to human and business performance. I solve measurement mysteries with facts, clues, evidence, and data. I help people who need food with my nonprofit, Meals in the Meantime. Our mission is filling the food gap with nourishment and dignity. We provide free, fresh, healthy, high-quality grocery bags at pop-up food pantries in Chicagoland south suburbs.
