Leena has over 15 years of experience in building team capability and creating a high trust culture. Oversees a $30M services channel and leads a team of nearly 100 world class consultants. Combining passion for the customer experience with continual desire to improve processes, Leena focuses on delivering outcomes through strategic planning, focused execution and metric driven progress tracking. Within FranklinCovey, Leena works cross functionally to ensure smooth operational processes and implementation of consulting and coaching services to thousands of organizations around the world. As the Chair of FranklinCovey’s DEI council, Leena worked with a DEI council to develop, implement and improve on annual initiatives that build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture for nearly 1000 associates around the world. An experienced consultant and facilitator, Leena has worked with senior executives from Fortune 500 to local small businesses to improve their customer experience, culture and leadership capability to drive business outcomes.
