I am passionate about helping people realize their full potential at work by understanding and managing their minds, which is where all great things begin. As a seasoned change management professional and strategic business partner, I support Fortune 100 companies develop and deliver customized, evidence-based cultural change solutions within diverse organizational environments. I've had the privilege and joy to lead change initiatives at multinational organizations spanning 4 continents - working with executive leaders, teams and individual contributors across many sectors including finance, IT, professional services, higher education, hospitality, law, oil and gas, and health care. I enjoy contributing to industry publications and speaking at HR and Leadership conferences about the impact of mind training on high-performing cultures. With an academic background in psychology and a personal practice in mindfulness and mind training for over 2 decades, I bring all of my experiences in executive leadership training, mindfulness in the workplace, workshop facilitation, human capital and performance coaching, and consultation to my role at Potential Project.
