I have a wealth of experience in listening to people to truly find out what they want to see happen. I effectively challenge where appropriate and explore alternatives to reach the similar outcomes. I am a free thinker that recognises the strengths in others whilst identifying areas where I can make impact. I am a collaborator that thrives on working together to harness the power of the collective, whilst I am more than happy to run with a project independently if the situation demands.
