My name is Scott Weersing and I am experienced in evaluating and measuring the impact of interventions on workplace performance using business metrics. Learning analytics are the practices to prove and improve the impact of your learning programs on outcomes. How do I do this? I take a systems view and look for data that shows there is a problem. Then I partner with stakeholders to utilize instructional design and performance improvement processes to identify best practices. We then implement interventions based on best practices. Finally, I design scorecards and dashboards to track the progress of the solutions. In addition, I have strong analytical, statistical, quantitative and deduction skills to make judgments of training, education and development resources. I also provide recommendations to increase impact of interventions based on the analysis of data. I have also created databases to track business data to track workforce readiness and trends over time. I also have experience in developing surveys to collect data from customers and users, then use quantitative and qualitative analysis models to recommend changes.
