Suzanne is the Managing Partner of Trowers’ Manchester Office and heads up the North West Real Estate team. She has 18 years' experience of working with a variety of RPs, local authorities, Government departments, public sector bodies and private sector developers on property and accommodation based projects. Suzanne regularly advises on joint venture and collaborative projects, particularly between the public and private sector. Suzanne also specialises in the development of market stimulation products and home ownership initiatives and advises Homes England in relation to their range of grant funded homeownership products - including shared ownership and Help to Buy. Suzanne's work in this area has also led her to develop a specialism in FCA and Consumer Credit work and she leads our FCA/Consumer Credit team. Suzanne is recognised as a leader in her field in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. She is also a business representative on the board of the Our Manchester Forum and on the editorial panel of ThinkHouse.
