Investment director in the community housing team at Man Global Private Markets. The scale of the housing shortfall across the UK requires innovative solutions to enable all types of households to meet their housing aspirations and needs. The Community Housing Fund has been established to address this chronic shortfall in the supply of affordable homes for both rent and sale, through a significant investment into the development of genuinely mixed tenure homes and communities across the UK. The investment team has a combined >50 years experience in affordable housing development and is focused on sourcing land and development opportunities in areas where supply of affordable homes is failing to keep pace with demand and housing need. We are seeking to accelerate the delivery of high quality new affordable homes, working in partnership to increase the supply of new affordable homes.
