"It was very good overall."

The way it was laid out, with two expo halls and some of the sessions in the rooms, was great!

"Learning, Insights, and Best Practice Sharing."

My favorite speaker was the keynote speaker from United. I learned a great deal about customer experience from his presentation.

CCW Las Vegas was an excellent opportunity to explore the latest innovations in customer experience, AI and contact center technology. It reinforced the growing role of AI automation and analytics in improving both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. One of the biggest highlights was connecting directly with industry leaders and technology partners to discuss future enhancements and best practices. I left with valuable insights and ideas that can help strengthen our patient access strategy and continue improving the experience for both our patients and our teams. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience and I look forward to applying what I learned.

Hi, I'm Karandeep Singh, and I attended the customer contact week 224. It was a really valuable experience. The event had a fantastic lineup of speakers and a session that covers some of the most relevant trends in the customer service today. I particularly enjoyed the hands-on workshop that allowed us to engage directly with industry experts. Networking opportunities were well organized, organized, and it was great connecting with other professionals from various backgrounds. and overall, it was insightful, well structured and inspiring. thank you, thank you so much for a great event. Thank you.

I thought customer contact week was pretty good. I thought that the expo halls were significant and the number of vendors focused on A I as well as the speaker lineup was excellent.

Learning, Insights, and Best Practice Sharing.
What did you like best about the event?
My favorite speaker was the keynote speaker from United. I learned a great deal about customer experience from his presentation.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The Gala experience should improve. We sat there for a couple of hours with nothing happening. They could have started the awards during dinner. People were very restless sitting from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Nothing specific comes to mind, although it would be great if the event were held on the East Coast, perhaps in Orlando or New York City.

Insightful Sessions and High-Value Networking!
What did you like best about the event?
One of the biggest highlights was connecting directly with industry leaders and technology partners to discuss future enhancements and best practices.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Overall, I had a great experience at CCW, but my biggest area of opportunity is improving the space allocated for breakout sessions. Several sessions—especially the CCWomen sessions—were extremely overcrowded, and attendees were asked to sit on the floor due to a lack of seating. For an event of this size, it's important to ensure there is adequate room capacity and seating for all participants. I also believe extending the expo hall by one additional day would significantly improve the experience, as it was difficult to visit all the vendors without missing breakout sessions, which forced attendees to choose between networking and educational opportunities.
