I learn a lot about genesis because I'm a new customer.

I wasn't expecting a live dj and I really liked it.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nothing, for me the event was incredible. Only to do it in-person.

Xperience 2021 - making the best of the times
What did you like best about the event?
The entire experience was entertaining and informative. Each presentation was engaging and supplied with valuable information. The fact that we can download and playback ALL the sessions is a big plus to virtual conferences. Presenters tried to be different and use tools to go beyond the video and PowerPoints.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Provide a little more technical and developer tracts as they have with past events would been icing on the cake.

Nathalie, Chris, and Rakesh did a great job with "Did you know Genesys Cloud can..."

It had a great quantity and diversity of content related to Customer Xperience, not just in a technical but also in a qualitative perspective, towards providing better experiences with Genesys features.
What did you like best about the event?
Especially two main contents related to 'Genesys Cloud Analytics and Data Visualization' and 'Empathy and innovation in financial services. Both really aggregated in a CX perspective, because all could be related to ROI and Xperience returns.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have it translated to other languages. In Brazil, the language could still be an obstacle.
