"A Huge Show with Lots to See!"

The sheer number of vendors and the many sessions made the event very worthwhile.

"An informative & valuable experience!"

The content was exceptionally strong this year, and instead of a heavy focus on technology, it emphasised business-driven solutions. The content was exceptional, and I found the vendor floor well laid out and easy to navigate.

The sessions were very strong in covering where the industry is today and where it is headed.

I had a great time at NRF in New York, connecting with partners, merchants and learning about new technologies.

I thought the event was really good this year. It was encouraging to see not only the technical side of retail show up, but also a lot of business leaders very excited about what's gonna happen in 2024.

NRF '26 is a must attend event for all things retail and retail technology!
What did you like best about the event?
The sessions were very strong in covering where the industry is today and where it is headed.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It is unfair that small vendors end up in the back of the event. They should be up front so they get exposure, and the larger booths in the back would still get strong traffic. Also, it is far too expensive, and you get penalised if you don't stay at some of the more expensive hotels.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I do think there's an opportunity to add more food and beverage stations for attendees, especially if you're paying $1800.

A Huge Show with Lots to See!
What did you like best about the event?
The sheer number of vendors and the many sessions made the event very worthwhile.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The food offerings were a little poor & the queues at the food trucks were huge, resulting in long waits.
