"CultureCon 2026 was awesome!"

CultureCon is the best because you get to be with your people! Everyone is there because they want to make work great for their teams/companies. The Key Note speakers bring their wisdom of how they have made great workplaces and openly share their experiences of what they got right so you can take it and replicate it in your own workplace. Co-attendees are warm and embracing and everyone is open to brainstorming and sharing ideas.

A great first experience as a Vendor and Sponsor!
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the formats in which we gained exposure to this audience. From the welcome video, to a presentation slot, all the way to the ability to take part in social opportunities and have a mini tennis court.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I wasn't able to attend many of the sessions since I was an exhibitor, so I'm not sure.

A fun and engaging event with a great community!
What did you like best about the event?
The great community and the quality of the people attending keep me coming back. The content is good, but I learn even more from one-on-one conversations and the inspiring ideas shared during breaks, meals, and other informal moments.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Build in more time for engaging group activities. I found the keynotes and main sessions a bit stifling. While inspiring speakers are valuable, there should also be more opportunities to tap into the knowledge and experience of the accomplished people in the audience.

I had an amazing time learning, networking and meeting new people!
What did you like best about the event?
I always love the feeling of being surrounded by likeminded people! Seeing, hearing and learning from so many people who value the human aspect of work culture is so very refreshing, and energizing. The event is a yearly renewal of my commitment to my passion for people centered work! And every very year I'm able to glean so much from this well thought out event and organization. I return to my workspace supercharged and determined to make a difference!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A session of Q/A that includes all of the presenters. Most times we have Q/A at the end and the time is limited. I think having a joint panel on the last day with all presenters would be wonderful!

A unique deep dive into a focused HR Topic.
What did you like best about the event?
I appreciated the smaller size and interactive opportunities to learn and collaborate compared to huge conferences I have attended in the past.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think CultureCon could dramatically elevate the experience with a new venue more conducive to the structure and with better amenities.

Fantastic! CultureCon truly practices what it preaches.
What did you like best about the event?
The Covve Connection App. The quality of the speakers. The timing of events.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Perhaps a little more space? The vendor areas are quite squished, and it was a bummer that there were some participants in just chairs instead of at tables for the keynotes

Great experience for anyone building skills to amplify the human experience.
What did you like best about the event?
The relevant content, ample time to connect with others, and the infectious happiness felt the whole time.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Video all the breakout sessions so attendees can view them after the conference. There is so much pertinent information it is hard to pick just one session.

Loved it! Great insights for today's business world.
What did you like best about the event?
I loved the keynote speakers. Both were amazing. I loved being able to be a part of the event virtually.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I was virtual. It would be great if you would be able to have more than one option for the breakout speakers. Seeing on the agenda some of the other topics I would have loved to hear. Maybe see if you might be able to at least have one other option for that. Also for being virtual, during those breakout speakers they would have opportunities for the table to discuss things. Our mediator would put us in breakout rooms, but it was often too late for and only 1 person was able to talk. Maybe have a rough schedule of when the speakers are going to have table discussion so the meditator is ready to put the virtual attendees into breakout rooms right away.

A great conference for learning and making valuable connections!
What did you like best about the event?
I've been doing workforce inclusion work for a long time, so I enjoyed learning more about other areas of culture.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I know it is important to make connections, but some folks are introverts or just need some quiet time, so having a space to get away or not being made to feel like you have to do another activity at lunch. I think the conference could be structured more around areas of focus for Culture, like People, Growth, and Performance. Could help categorise the sessions and help attendees decide which sessions to attend.

A culture-setting conference for new ideas and connections.
What did you like best about the event?
Ample opportunities to connect in meaningful ways with people who are passionate about organizational culture.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I personally wish the last day ended sooner as the energy lessens a little bit by that time. A little more upfront information on what to expect with Covve.

A must-attend event that never disappoints!
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the variety of the speakers' topics. There was a broad range of areas of expertise and I never felt I needed to make a hard choice between one breakout or another.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More space around the exhibitor area would be helpful. During room changes, the hallways became quite crowded, making it difficult to move between people talking with vendors on both sides.

A welcoming and engaging first-time experience!
What did you like best about the event?
The speakers. They were informative, got the group thinking, having discussions, and applying the lesson to our everyday life.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Bigger space for vendors. It was cramped so everyone was piling up. Provide more insight as to what each ticket will provide. I purchased the most expensive ticket available at the time, but it did not include all the additional features.

Best Birthday Ever!
What did you like best about the event?
Claude Silver made my absolute day! LOVE HER Speakers are always lovely. You all do a great job with that. LOVED the way we were connected with individuals during our networking time the very first evening. I really got to know some of these people well and it was nice to always have a buddy to sit by and talk to. Definitely do that again!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would like to see more offerings for remote-work first employees. Not one in every time slot, but a few sprinkled in would be great. Nichole Sirouis had this same comment when we spoke. We started an event at Connexus called Connection Cafe where we take 45 minutes to talk on a theme not related to work and people really like it. I am considering a proposal to send to you for next year, just not sure how I could build it into an entire presentation. A panel would work better for me.

This event is why I do what I do!
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the presenters and topics presented the most. They were very thought provoking and worked to make the sessions engaging.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The session topics were great, but 30 min wasn't enough time to cover them. I would have preferred longer sessions on day 1. I didn't attend any sessions on day 2 since the topics didn't interest me.

Three CultureCons later, still exciting and energizing!
What did you like best about the event?
The three highlights are: the community, the content, and the connections made. For me, that means the relationships I've built and maintained over the past three years. I am curious to learn from others, and the people at CultureCon scratch that itch. I am challenged to think creatively and in new ways that make me better, which ultimately makes our company better.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It feels like a well-oiled machine at this point, and what needs improving is minimal. I will say that this year, there seemed to be a bit more purpose in creating time/space for more intentional conversations...the work that Michelle Spehr did was nice.
Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below

Still going strong!
What did you like best about the event?
I love the atmosphere that the team creates! Everyone I encounter at the event seem warm, welcoming, and curious.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The one thing that comes to mind is that the venue tends to be warm on the first day. The staff often need to adjust the thermostat. Perhaps they could check that a few hours earlier so the venue is more comfortable as people start arriving?

CultureCon 2026 was awesome!
What did you like best about the event?
CultureCon is the best because you get to be with your people! Everyone is there because they want to make work great for their teams/companies. The Key Note speakers bring their wisdom of how they have made great workplaces and openly share their experiences of what they got right so you can take it and replicate it in your own workplace. Co-attendees are warm and embracing and everyone is open to brainstorming and sharing ideas.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I felt like there were more presentations by the exhibitors this year and would have liked more presentations from other companies on some of the unique things they have done to improve their work places. Maybe some tracks for different size companies so you are in similar mind sets of what can be done in organizations with a similar size. I would also like to see an executive level track where we can talk with other leaders about work culture and best practices.
