What am AMAZING first experience!
What did you like best about the event?
There were a ton of really dynamic speakers that covered a variety of topics around culture. I learned a lot and got a lot of actionable takeaways from the sessions. I also love that I can access the sessions that I didn't get to see.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I'd love to see more diversity throughout the conference from the speakers, to sponsors, and even attendees. And, more inclusive opportunities to network, some that consider the more introverted or neurodivergent. Also, sell some swag!

The beginning keynote speaker, Abigail, probably gave me the most inspiration around culture-building. I'm definitely going back over her presentation.
