    This event really changed my perspective about the market.
    What did you like best about the event?
    So many things! The topics were so important, and the content of the presentations was very useful. However, it was also about expanding my network, as I had many opportunities to do so and even participated in the CV clinics organized by Talent Crunch Berlin. I can see the system is broken, and so many people like me are in the job hunt. It was very human, and it connected me with amazing professionals around the world.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The price of the lockers, water, and food was quite expensive. Stage 13 was too small, the topics were very interesting, but I couldn't attend due to a lack of space.

    Yes! José Kadlec. I just got his book about AI in HR, he was amazing!

    Vibrant, relevant, yet not bold enough with the topics.

    The venue, proximity to the WWC25, and the speakers. The vibe of togetherness and friendliness.

    I truly enjoyed being part of the dynamic IT industry, surrounded by talented individuals who were passionate about continuous growth and learning.

    Giving more dedicated time for Q&A sessions after each presentation would further enhance audience engagement and speaker-attendee interaction.

    HR tracks were very small and hugely oversubscribed. Please give at least one larger stage for HR. The first day should have been clearer. It was only a few workshops, and no catering was available. Make it more of a proper day.
