I was actually impressed with the event. I didn't thought that so many people were going to attend. the topics that were discussed was a great knowledge transfer, I would say. And I like that, I saw people from different industries, different specialities and in general, I really like the quality of the audience. I did saw many junior professionals that went to try to learn from experience once. So I would say that I would definitely recommend people to go and you will have fun, you will learn a lot of great stuff and you will meet new people.

I had a great time, speaking as a moderator at Talent Acquisition Week. And the only thing I would say is that, because I didn't have a double monitor, I wasn't able to see the questions as they were coming in the chat box for the Q/A at the end. So that was on my part. I wasn't able to see it in real time and answer them at the end. But Kara stepped in and helped me out, which was amazing, but I will know for future to have a second monitor.

TA week 2023 was fantastic from the very interactive platform UBLo, which I had never used, which kept us all engaged with Gamification and lots of meet and greet challenges to the actual content, which was very well thought out well structured and thematic for each day of the conference, it was really a week well spent. Typically when I sign up for a weeklong conferences, I don't attend every day, I may just attend one or two days. But this time I was there every day attending as much as I could. So it was a really great event and I'm looking forward to the next one, which I believe is next summer.
