Attending International Convex 2026 this February was a great way to kick off the year and really gain the network of trusted suppliers, get inspiration for events that I've got coming up later in 2026 and going into 2027 that I'm building out proposals for. And also great to network with my peers. whilst I was speaking on a panel, I did stay for the whole day, attended a few of the other panel sessions, including the, 70%, panel session that was talking about the, majority of women working in events, but actually aren't always necessarily catered for or recognized. And also the session on AI in event management. so yeah, it was a great day overall. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get into working in event management, or that wants to kind of get inspiration or networking peers, I would definitely recommend adding this one to your diary for next year.

So this was my first time visiting International Convex, and I was there as both a speaker and also a sponsor. We sponsored the stability Theater. and I think it was really, really brilliant. I think the reason we had such a good experience was that our booth was directly opposite our theater. So it meant there was a really lovely kind of throughway between people enjoying the panels and the speakers and then being able to come over and speak to. The team, if they had more questions or wanted to get a bit more information about the topic, so there was just a really great sort of natural way of interacting with, with us, which was fab. the rest of the event was brilliant, met a lot of really amazing vendors and suppliers. My sort of specialist interest is in the stability side of things, so it was really good to see, more commitment on that from a lot of other vendors. so yeah, we had a really good time.

Great Event with Strong Attendance and Organization!
What did you like best about the event?
Networking with peers and the high quality of attendees were highlights. In my opinion, the event could benefit from being a day longer.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Consider extending the event by an additional day. It would also help to subsidize transport for visitors and provide clearer signage for facilities such as water refill stations.

Loved this year's Confex!
What did you like best about the event?

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I can't think of anything. The event was good, no issues registering, as a speaker, sometimes it's a bit confusing with multiple contacts, but apreciate its a busy time for organisers

There should've been more content on the association stage. Many event pros from associations felt like an afterthought. Also too many noisy stands next to those wanting to do business
