Hey there. So Blueprint this year was the usual best networking, I think, event. You know, in real estate, definitely brings together a 3rd vendor, suppliers, a 3rd, you know, capital injection, VC. And then, you know, owners and operators, and it's a nice healthy mix there. what I missed this year is not a lot of startups, showed up, and then I wanna see more physical hardware, more physical stuff for sure. You know, there's lots of construction tech, you know, lots of fun things to like look and feel and touch, would be nice to have that there. but ultimately, I would love to see more startups get involved. oftentimes some startups feel like it's too early stage, but I would love to see startups that are outside the US come. oftentimes I get people reaching out to me, you know, a month or two in advance before the show, you know, looking for a promotion, but I realized that they're not going to blueprint, and I asked them why, and they say, you know, well, you know, we can't afford it, or You know, we didn't really know about the, you know, any programming for startups there, so I would love to see more of that at Blueprint. Obviously it has to tie into, you know, some of the real estate verticals for sure, but maybe each year could like. Dive in deep on one specific area. So one year is construction tech, one year is retail tech, another year is multi-family, you know, another year is residential, another year is commercial, whatever have you, just kind of rotate between some of the major players there and actively look out and seek those types of people who are running those businesses and give them a, you know, first dibs.

Blueprint was an astounding experience, the people, the topics, the panels were incredible, amazing for any stakeholder that participate in the event. So, thank you so much.
