Overall, it was excellent, giving strong vibes around AI-supported risk analysis, augmented reality for training, and predictive safety analytics, rather than just technology adoption. According to me, the strong emphasis on leadership, behavioral safety, and psychological safety, along with discussions on neuro-based safety strategies, was the best.

    the 19th Health and Safety conference in Amsterdam was an outstanding event. I thought it brought industry and professionals together, really well, allowed us to share knowledge and best practice, and innovative approaches to, to workplace health and safety.     What did you like best about the event?
    Overall, it was excellent, giving strong vibes around AI-supported risk analysis, augmented reality for training, and predictive safety analytics, rather than just technology adoption. According to me, the strong emphasis on leadership, behavioral safety, and psychological safety, along with discussions on neuro-based safety strategies, was the best.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Extend the event duration, bridge the strategy-to-frontline gap, and standardize AI data governance frameworks. Create tiered content tracks, as the event heavily targets senior practitioners and directors, adding more accessible tracks for mid-level safety officers looking to transition into leadership roles would expand the forum’s overall impact.
