"It was very worthwhile to see, hear, and greet people across the Australian and New Zealand emergency management sector."

The format worked extremely well with a mix of single sessions and then streams to choose from. It was also great to connect with the exhibitors and find out more from them. Networking opportunities were also excellent. To find out about experiences and challenges we all face, and the ability to connect and work smarter together.

    I really like this event because it brings together a wide range of emergency management people from all disciplines or walks of life, it. Promotes the ability to share, learn, and collaborate in a fantastic setting and in a great convivial atmosphere.

    Extremely well-organized and facilitated. Amazing venue and great events outside hours.
    What did you like best about the event?
    There was a real positive atmosphere throughout the event, both indoors and out.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Opportunities for presenters to share on social media for images of their presentations in real time. Unless you have someone there with you, this was difficult to do and promote the event live.

    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    A larger venue with a bigger range of exhibitors. Include a stream for emerging participants and leaders. Consider succession planning as a topic in the programme.

    The content was superb, and the speakers were very relevant. It would have been better if it were easier to connect with the organizers before the event.
