We launched Field Service in 2002 and have been dedicated to supporting the growth of the service industry ever since. What started off as 100 people in a room discussing the future of service has become 500 senior-level service executives being inspired while learning and developing their company as well as their careers.

Field Service, Hilton Head or previously known as Phil Service Fall has always been a strong show for us and unfortunately, it feels like it hasn't quite gotten back in the groove since COVID. It feels like there's some limited attendance, although the content is still fantastic, the speakers are great. And it's always a, a top notch event. I just wish we could get the attendance back like we had it previous to COVID. And I'm sure with the efforts of WBR that will happen sooner than later.

Overall, the conference was average to maybe slightly below average. I felt like the sessions were way too vendor sales pitch driven rather than actual service personnel talking about how they have either transformed or changed their business. If those people that are talking or mentioning software packages and software people that might be there, that's fine. might intrigue people to go look at them. But I, I could have gotten a free pitch and for $3000 there's probably no way I would attend another one. Thank you. Have a great day.

I enjoy the intimate nature of the event. I enjoyed the size and, um, the focused on field service made it easier to talk to customers and also other vendors and try to understand their solution versus yours. And, um, that was a, a pretty good event for that reason.

Good event, enjoyed the networking opportunities and vendor village.
What did you like best about the event?
Networking, convenient location. Enjoyed catching up with past attendees and customers of OKUMA products.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The venue was lousy, the hotel was subpar and overpriced. The hotel staff was not very accommodating and the on-site restaurant selections were minimal. Too many vendor-based presentations. Need more industry-based content and discussion on distribution models of business.

Really great conference with lots of professionals, plenty of chances to network, and lots of good industry topics.
What did you like best about the event?
The topic selected was current and relevant. The folks in attendance were very professional and presented themselves well. The location was great and the accommodations were spectacular.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Bring in some middle management and field employees to speak and share their experiences and feedback. Much of the event was dominated by VP/GM level professionals who are out of touch with what is happening on the ground floor.

The Henny Penny guys were great. They were very down-to-earth and gave candid feedback at a very practical level.

I loved the opportunity to speak with potential new customers and learn more about Skedulo's scheduling live and in action.
What did you like best about the event?
Being able to see the demo software that Skedulo has, but also meeting with potential customers.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Having set booth times for each attendee. 3 hours and then switch shifts to help better plan out the day.

A Fantastic Networking Opportunity.
What did you like best about the event?
The size of the event was excellent for networking and allowed me to build relationships with colleagues.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I liked the setup of the meeting. There were tables set up and rows of chairs. I would recommend more tables and a little more spacing between chairs that are set up in rows.

What did you like best about the event?
The technologies in the expo and the presentations on leadership and system improvements (KPIs, first-time fix, etc.).
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Include more medical device items. I'm in the medical device industry, so I'm of course biased. However, I saw the effort put forth to cover common industry areas and business factors. For example, one day there was a panel with one medical device individual and the other food service. It was interesting to see the business commonalities while in very different industries.

Very enjoyable event. Very intimate setting but lots of very qualified attended.
What did you like best about the event?
The schedule of the sessions vis-à-vis the expo hall was a good balance. Lots of great opportunities to network with customers and other vendors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The event itself was great, the hotel... not so much. It was a bit outdated (with a musky smell in every room). The Internet didn't work in the room for days and that was frustrating.

Small and intimate event where eye-to-eye communication and relationship building was in focus.
What did you like best about the event?
The size of it ment that focus was on speaking one on one with the potential customers and other vendors, which can be hard in larger events. Good support from the organizers. Nice with the break sessions with snacks.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Decide what the focus should be - the break sessions just felt like a half measure where very few people were able to hear what was being said. Place higher requirements on the venue - the food wasn't really okay.

Actual service personnel struggling to get their hands on data and manage their business.

It is refreshing to be able to speak so openly with this many service experts in one place.

Networking and talk tracks... WBR always secures great speakers with relevant topics for their events!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Unfortunately, this event fell short of previous events. The attendance seemed to be down and we didn't encounter much traffic at the booths. And the location was great but the food was below average for this show.

Hilton Head was a wonderful conference and was very successful for us.
What did you like best about the event?
the speaking sessions and layout of the expo/ table tops. The hotel was also very nice and the staff was accommodating.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
i think the food service for lunch was lacking, food ran out often and wasn’t replenished in some instances.
