Field Service, Hilton Head or previously known as Phil Service Fall has always been a strong show for us and unfortunately, it feels like it hasn't quite gotten back in the groove since COVID. It feels like there's some limited attendance, although the content is still fantastic, the speakers are great. And it's always a, a top notch event. I just wish we could get the attendance back like we had it previous to COVID. And I'm sure with the efforts of WBR that will happen sooner than later.

Overall, the conference was average to maybe slightly below average. I felt like the sessions were way too vendor sales pitch driven rather than actual service personnel talking about how they have either transformed or changed their business. If those people that are talking or mentioning software packages and software people that might be there, that's fine. might intrigue people to go look at them. But I, I could have gotten a free pitch and for $3000 there's probably no way I would attend another one. Thank you. Have a great day.

I really enjoyed the conference. This was my first event in person and it really gave me the opportunity to learn the industry lingo, but also be able to connect with prospects that I have been attempting to connect with in various ways previously. And just having those genuine warm conversations with folks, it, it did a lot for me and it's really gonna help my career.

Field service. Medical gives our company good exposure to potential clients. Many of our current clients also attend the event which allows us to touch base and deepen those relationships of all the shows related to medical. This is one where the most relevant contacts, meaning service directors and service strategy, decision makers attend. And it's also a great excuse to visit Southern California during the winter.

Field service. Medical was a great conference this year. I really enjoyed all of the speakers and the topics that were covered. A special highlight was the FDA presentation.
