Now, I apply this energy to the world of People Analytics, where I can easily apply this natural tendency in a variety of ways: As a manager, being the ultimate champion and coach for my team. I invest heavily into my employees to help them maximize their potential and find the career that brings them joy, as I have. As a stakeholder and partner, helping collaborate to move functions forward.
