Ababacar is a seasoned Investment Banker offering c. 15 years of experience (M&A, Capital Markets, Structured & Leveraged Finance, Strategic Advisory, etc.) in different geographies (SSA, Europe and MENA) with a focus on M&A. He is a Managing Director at Impaxis Group in charge of Advisory and Capital Markets transactions. Ababacar is CEO of Impaxis Securities, the Capital Markets arm of IMPAXIS Group. Before joining Impaxis Group, he was a Senior Associate in the HSBC M&A Department in Paris, France. Ababacar worked also within the Audit department of DELOITTE in Paris. He is graduated from the Magistère BFA (Paris DAUPHINE University) with a specialization in “Investment Banking & Corporate Finance” from the Olin Business School MBA Program (Washington University in St-Louis – USA). He also holds a Master in Economics and International Finance (DEA 106) from the Paris DAUPHINE University.
