My mission is to empower people around me to achieve their very best. Throughout 20+ years I've been a performant individual contributor: presales, BD & an overall trusted advisor, which helped me rise into influential leadership roles (internal and Alliances/Partners). I led teams during acquisitions, transformations, spin-offs, and mergers. Since Mercury, I have kept a startup mindset to pioneer innovations and drive them across EMEA. I have directly contributed to most of the winning projects with disruptive technologies (Security, APM, Cloud, Automation, ITOM, Big Data) that were taken as examples to inspire others. Many of my coached talents are today's most demanded Software Business Development, Sales and Presales experts on the IT market in EMEA. The teams were exclusively international, and stood strong through internal changes, budget cuts, and drastic market moves.
