A Civil Engineer cum Urban Manager with a B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research (2013-17) and an MBA in Urban Management and Governance from XIM University (2020-22). I am a KPMG Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified personnel and a multi-dextrous professional with multi-disciplinary core competencies in engineering and management domains having experience in Government, Public and Private Sectors. I am constantly honing my ability and skill sets, focussing on the five core cornerstones of the 2030 Agenda: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace and Partnership. I am currently working as a Program Associate with eGovernments Foundation, where I am responsible for coordinating the successful implementation of various missions and adoption related to urban domain in the Urban Local Bodies by leveraging the transformative power of technology for better quality of life in cities and making them sustainable with the help of India’s largest Open Source Platform for Urban Governance: DIGIT (Digital Infrastructure for Governance, Impact & Transformation). After my graduation, I got the opportunity to work in the Growth Projects Department at Lanjigarh Unit of Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business, Vedanta Resources Limited as Assistant Manager, where I got exposure to administer both Brownfield and Greenfield Projects of Refinery, Power Plant and Infrastructure by leading multiple teams across various engineering streams and especially various diaspora of Civil Engineering. I have handled projects based on EPC as well as EPCM and worked on various Feasibility Study Reports and Detailed Project Reports. Being associated with an MNC after completion of my Bachelor’s Degree and undergoing the Urban Management and Municipal Immersion during my MBA, enabled me to get hands-on experience on various Sustainable Projects, which enhanced my acumen and accuracy invigorating my skill sets in terms of Conceptualization & Designing, Reporting & Documentation, Strategic Planning & Governance and Liaison & Co-ordination.
