Aboli is a Data Scientist at Citi Ventures, where she helps leverage the power of data science and machine learning to maximize their impact. She has around three years of professional and four years of academic experience working in the field of Data Science and Analytics. She is passionate about using data for social good. Before joining Citi Ventures, Aboli worked at Stantec, where she served as a Data Analyst analyzing and predicting flood frequency risk for rural catchments. She graduated with a master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco and holds another master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She is authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. She is a data science enthusiast with a passion for exploring data, learning new technologies, and working with people from various backgrounds. She has a strong understanding of Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Machine learning, Experimentation-Causal Inference, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with advanced-level coding skills in Python, SQL, and R programming languages. Aboli is well versed with Python libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, NumPy, and SciPy along with Pandas for data analysis and visualization purposes.
