I believe in the principles of passion, focus, and taking charge: Be passionate about the things you do – or stop doing them. Focus on a small number of things and finish them before you move on. Take charge and potentially deliver slightly more than expected. And needless to say… “Et Rheinisch Jrundjesetz” is part of my DNA. We have the privilege to live in times of super-fast innovation. In areas like artificial intelligence, IT security, blockchain, machine learning, or edge computing, we see huge progress with deep impact on business opportunities, the (German) market and individuals. Serving as member of the supervisory board, president of an association, operating partner at an investment firm, speaker, consultant, citizen and father, I am intrigued by these developments.
