Bio

I am an experienced Risk professional with a broad skill set ranging from an extensive knowledge of key O365 apps and SharePoint administration to Lean Six Sigma. My current role primarily focusses around supporting the Risk and Assurance Management processes across Heathrow Airport, ranging from back office functions such as IT and HR through to operational functions such as Engineering and the Airport Operations. I have a proven track record of providing IT training and support to the wider department, centred around the development of an agile working culture and adoption of software and applications to enable this such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. This has been well received and my support has been highly recommended across the company. I have also been involved in the Continuous Improvement movement at Heathrow, receiving Lean Six Sigma training up to Green Belt and leading and engaging in projects across the airport.
