Business consultant specialising in strategy, public affairs and purpose. I help business leaders to navigate politics and societal change, assessing and anticipating risk and opportunities, developing strategies for managing these and maximising social impact. Former Whitehall mandarin, Ministerial adviser, Brussels diplomat, lobbyist, Finance Director and speech writer. Regular media commentator on business and government. I have worked extensively with boards in the retail and food sector, professional and financial services, transport and manufacturing as well as the public sector and not-for-profits and led sustainability programmes in large corporates. I am a member of the CIPR, a fellow of the RSA and a trustee of Watermans art centre.
