Throughout my service, I have led U.S. Soldiers, sister service officers, multi-national soldiers, and civilians in small and large organizations around the world during peace and combat operations. I have worked on strategic projects and produced documents used by senior decision makers within the Department of Defense (DoD) impacting strategic decisions across interagency and DoD operational lines. I have led the development of documents and plans used by DoD to identify and mitigate global military and strategic risk and to develop resource requirements that help to shape the future defense force. I have effectively managed the performance of subordinates to guide them in their career development, establishing clear objectives and evaluating performance using multiple service evaluation systems.
