I have a proven ability to lead, develop and nurture teams. I am comfortable taking calculated risks and can navigate through ambiguous and complex business environments incredibly well. I have owned large P&L’s of $600M+ and managed a very diverse set of businesses. As a child I was often observed as the inquisitive and curious type. As an adult, not much has changed. When I have the answers I need, I move quickly and ambitiously and have a lot of fun along the way. It is no surprise that I began my career seeking to understand clients’ hopes and dreams for their future, and helping them to build financial stability to achieve their goals in life. After getting my MBA, I joined the world of Brands, Marketing and Merchandising. This career path was made for people like me. Exploiting my natural curiosity has helped me collaborate cross functionally and cross organizationally to build strategic growth plans that directly align with what the consumer is looking for.
