Adithya (or Addy as he is popularly known) is an avid humanitarian and a motivated development professional with 7+ years of experience in the field of international relations/development. Addy has graduated from the prestigious CEMS Master's in International Management program which has been consistently ranked in the Top 10 programs for pre-experienced graduates globally by the Financial Times and has studied in India, Czech Republic and Denmark besides attending conferences/workshops/seminars in China, Singapore, Myanmar, Indonesia, Austria, Hungary, Norway and Czech Republic. His work experience is attributed towards Programme/Project Management and Stakeholder Management focusing on Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, Communications and Knowledge Management which has been gathered by working with organisations ranging from start-ups to big international organisations from 5 different countries. In recognition of this cross-cultural experience, he was also awarded the ''Global Talent Award 2016'' by a jury of top international companies, such as PwC and Tesla, from Norway for displaying creative thinking and effective management across cultures.
