Life Event: The two year (2010-2012) participation in the 'Talent Forum' at British Airways provided me with an opportunity to share a cross-functional platform of like minded driven people within the organisation. The forum also allowed the participants to interact with many inspiring leaders both within and outside the company. It bought the groups together allowing them to share new ideas and successfully delivering initiatives for the organisation, that included some exciting challenges. This experience of being part of the 'Talent Forum' has been an inspiring learning curve that extended from my completion of the 'Future Leadership Program' (2008-2010) at British Airways.
