I am a technology leader, currently Regional GM, Middle East & North Africa with RedHat Inc based in the UAE, after earlier roles including Vice President Juniper Networks MEA, Director Strategic Opportunity Team and Director, Telco IPTV & Cable Solutions; both with Cisco Systems. My skills and experience include commercial and sales/BD leadership, strategic planning, staff management & development and driving change. I have extensive knowledge of emerging markets (Middle East, Africa, Russia, Eastern Europe and LATAM). I have led diverse multinational teams and have built a reputation for driving significant increases in sales revenue and profitability throughout my career. I am leader who can translate vision into commercial strategy and follow through with effective execution and strong management. I have exceptional communication skills and the proven ability to communicate and convince stakeholders at all levels. I have built strong C-level client relationships across the MEA region. I have an MBA from Kingston University in the UK.
