Having been an impact strategy and exponential business visionary for half of my life, including more than a decade at Telefonica, I now leverage the best minds and capital for tech-driven companies in various industries, countries, and markets. I work hand-in-hand with founders and C-levels to build fundraising, go-to-market, and expansion strategies. + Research: Business Intelligence, future trends, investors, and partner portfolios + Product strategy: define scope, target market, and competitive positioning. + Business Plans: cash flow and identifying revenue streams + Operations (Expert as a Service): admin, accounting, legal, and technology + Customer Development + Growth Hacking: networking, events, and communication I work pro bono with early-stage companies, including mentoring start-ups in several accelerators. I get integrally involved in the process of portfolio/competitors tracking, evaluating their technology, and the viability, consistency of the business plans. As well as an investment strategy and is an Angel Investor at Muster. I hold an M.S. degree in Data Science and Big Data. As well as specialization training from ESADE: Turning Technology into Business Program, IE: Technology Transfer Program - IP Regulation and Licensing, and an MBA from IEDE/ Universidad Europea Madrid. I also have M.S. in Marketing from the UFGV Sao Paulo, a Master of Engineering degree from UNB, Brasilia, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the same University.
