I work and I lead teams to success. Business results always go first. However, doing something meaningful and having fun is also important. More about me: I am a manager with 20 years' experience in working mainly for international companies. My goal as the new CEO of Talent Alpha (a B2B Level, Human Cloud Platform that provides access to the technology workforce on demand) is to secure further development of the company and to face any challenges placed before us in the current volatile market. I believe business is built on synergies, trust, and good relationships. Previously, I have worked for such organizations as: Luxoft, Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture, ABSL, Shell, HP, Xerox, Skanska, JLL, and managed teams in Linkleaders - the largest PR agency outside Warsaw. In Luxoft, I was in a group of a few people responsible for Luxoft communication globally, marketing repositioning, and building a lead generation strategy. I also cooperate with the European Labour Mobility Institute - the biggest European think tank working in the area of mobility and the free movement of services in the European Union. In December 2018 together with LMI we were awarded with Zlote Spinacze - the most prestigious PR Award in Poland in the Public Affairs and Lobbying Category.
