Joining Open Source community is a very exciting experience that I'm still enjoying. The best part of it is nourishing the sense of collaboration and freedom of choice. As a pre-sales engineer I believe it is a very important points to keep in mind while trying to help customers addressing their business challenges.

Since I joined SUSE and I have been helping customer to explore how Open Source solutions can help them fulfilling their business requirements and exploring new ways to simplify their operations, modernize their services, and accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Technically emphasize on Open Source solutions around software defined infrastructure, systems' management with automation/ orchestration, and application modernization through technical sales workshops, demos, and presentations to decision makers and technical staff in collaboration with the account management team tackling customer challenges and objections with our value and experience.
