As someone who has spent 20+ years working collaboratively with mortgage lenders and technology companies, my biggest achievements are in developing technology solutions, building relationships with myriad of partners and vendors, and helping clients with technology selection, business process automation and digital transformation. I have led numerous software projects and currently managing portfolio of projects across ~30 clients, mostly residential lenders. My projects have helped clients reduce cost, capitalize of new revenue generating opportunities, made it easier for borrowers to apply for mortgages, automate internal business processes and payoff technical debts. I am well versed with mortgage business and enables business leaders unlock value by efficient and opportunistic use of what technology has to offer be it running a LOS RFP process or doing xray of whole fulfillment operations or gain competitive advantage. I had a good fortune of leading and providing mentorship to teams of talented and driven software engineers, BAs, QAs and Encompass Admins across time zones.
