After working as a web application developer and technology consultant specializing in cloud migration, I pivoted my career in Customer Success. I like to learn new technologies and solve real-world problems. I have a strong interest in cloud native architectures and building secure AI systems. I have professional/expert level certifications in Azure/AWS/GCP. I like to help other people improve their skills as well as my own. I organize and run Japan Microsoft Learn User Group, a learning community for IT engineers in Japan. I was awarded the Microsoft MVP for Microsoft Azure for publishing books on Azure and contributing to the community. I have a certified Microsoft trainer.
