Alain is a professional with over 16+ years of solid experience as financier within the renewable energy / power, infrastructure and resources sectors across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pac. Since joining Nomura, Alain is leading the origination and structuring of limited/non‐recourse, corporate loans and advisory/pre-arranging services to clean energy, infrastructure / digital infrastructure and resources clients in the Americas. Prior to joining Nomura, Alain worked for CBA and previously BNP Paribas within the Structured Debt division with his responsibilities have included origination, structuring, negotiation and closing of numerous limited and non‐recourse project & structured financings, in the capacity of Agent/Underwriter across sectors. Alain holds a Master degree in Financial Risk Management from Aix-Marseille university graduating first in his class, and is registered under Series 79.
