👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 _By far my greatest achievement is my family ☮️ _Being an ALLY is literally in my name ALan LepofskY 🚀 _Visionary on the Future of Work 🌎 Experience: For almost 3 decades I've helped guide individuals, teams, and communities on the technological and cultural aspects of communication, coordination, and collaboration. 💜 Passion: I thrive on helping others be successful. I've presented hundreds of keynotes, press interviews, panels, and advisory workshops always with the goal of educating, inspiring, and hopefully entertaining people on their journey to achieve their best results. 🔎 Vision: I believe we've barely scratched the surface of how people should work. For example, improving context is the most important factor in reducing information overload and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the way people work. Today, we have very little context tying different systems together. 💪🏻 Expertise: I've worked in marketing, product management, evangelism, and industry research on everything from email to augmented reality and virtual worlds. I am a sponge for information and details. I am always curious, always learning, and always sharing. 🎁 Giving back: I would not be where I am today if not for the generosity of several amazing people. That's why being a mentor is so important to me at this stage of my career. It's extremely rewarding to be able to help share experiences and open doors for others.
