ALBERT TAN
Experienced C-level telco executive and seasoned consultant with over 20 years working in strategy and network/digital transformation in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia. Previously, I worked as C-level executive in Veon, Telkom Indonesia and Huawei; with over 8 years operations experience in Telstra. My previous consulting experience was with McKinsey, Booz and Deloitte.

As Head of Network Services, I work with clients in new strategies and business/operating models in Network Transformation, Network Operation and Service Innovation, leveraging Accenture global capabilities in Consulting, System Integration and Outsourcing. Our team aim to assist clients moving from a traditional network to a digital network that impacts multiple dimensions of business operations while minimizing cost, disruption and time to market.

Albert is passionate about bringing practical people driven strategies enabled by technologies to his clients; with a pragmatic data driven approach to drive result oriented outcome. He has worked in multiple locations with blend of multi cultures all over Europe, SE Asia, South Asia, USA and ANZ; building diverse teams together to unlock value and create synergies.

Albert holds an MBA and undergone training in technology management/transformation and AI from AGSM & MIT. He is part of the McKinsey senior alumni and has been industry advisor to several other consulting firms, funds and VCs in IR4.0, B2B2X services, digital economies and governments.
