I'm a radically open-minded executive with >10 years of international experience leading high-performing teams, creating powerful brands, and delivering award-winning experiences to millions globally. Vast expertise in integrated marketing and digital product management, based on a solid track record in research and analytics, trend analysis, and strategy consulting. Coming from a small yet ambitious country of Lithuania, having spent several years living and working in Moscow, London, Amsterdam, and Nicosia, I prioritize relationships over transactions, resourceful countermeasures over tape fixing, and growth over the status quo. I love developing and delivering winning strategies, change management programs, improvements in decision-making, and creative business solutions. I did this for organizations in FMCG, Telecom, Sports, Finance, Healthcare, F2P Video Games, E-commerce, Algorithmic Digital Media, Streaming Services, and B2B SaaS. My lesson remains the same when leading teams or starting from scratch: gather a diverse crew capable of handling challenges independently. Scaling and maintaining is no walk in the park, but allowing good people to do their thing and do it fast is often the best way forward. I appreciate partnering with dedicated leaders to develop an intrapreneurial culture with trustworthy work ethics, devise an impactful organizational vision, implement best-in-class practices, and scale up through distinctive brand narrative, community engagement, and strategic cross-industry partnerships grounded in SDG. In 2017 I completed the Executive Programme at the THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam. I sharpened my self-awareness, leadership style and developed more in-depth expertise on social impact, business design, and scale-up methodologies. In 2021, I completed the Executive Programme at the INSEAD, honing my competence in change management, digital innovation, and strategy development in a transforming world. Being enthusiastic about giving back, I often act as an educator, mentor, coach, workshop partner, keynote speaker, and jury member at conferences, educational institutions, in-company events, and award shows.
