My expertise is focused on public and project financings with particular emphasis on infrastructure and social projects, affordable housing, and water and sewer utility sectors. Extensive history of providing creative/strategic, and sound legal thinking in a business advocacy capacity. I have advised various municipalities, public issuers and authorities, non-profit corporations, and investment banking institutions on a wide range of transactions in the United States and the Caribbean. I have been involved in all phases of P3 financings, and special and general obligation bond financings. I am a frequent speaker at national conferences on P3 financings, and airport and surface transportation financings in the context of U.S. securities laws and regulations.
